Recipe: Broiled/Roasted Cauliflower

This recipe is fast and delicious. I wouldn’t have tried it as a kid so I get my kids to eat it by hyping it up and telling they’ll run faster and be smarter when they eat it.
Health benefits: Garlic roasted cauliflower is rich in Vit C, K, folate, potassium and fiber and low cal; it tastes great! It also prevents cancer. Give it to your kids, they’ll love it.
Nutrition: As prepared- 1 cup = 95 cals
Ingredients:
