One of the best reasons to be/get healthy!
5 Minutes to Fitness+ Club coming soon
I do my 5 Minutes to Fitness+ workout in front of my kids as much as possible, like this morning. Why? It’s obvious when you look at the picture above. They are intrigued, ask questions and always try to copy my moves. It’s my opportunity to answer questions from my 2 1/2 year old like, “Daddy, why you do that?”. I can reply, “Because I love you more than anything and want to be healthy so we can do great things together!
My main reason for being healthy? To be the best role model for my kids. To give them the opportunities and knowledge I never had. Oh, and looking good in jeans is pretty cool too
