    I learned my BMR is 1330 and I should not eat less than 1000 calories. To date, I have been below 1200 calories but not yet at 1000. I am using the fit 5 and other occasional exercises daily Like Qi Qong, Yoga, for 60 minutes at least twice a week. The Peter K clips are good motivators. Thank you
