Club member, Steve, loses 25 pounds!

Steve joined the 5 Minutes to Fitness+ Club in January as part of a biggest loser challenge at work.  He said what helped him most was finding out his BMR+, which you can find on the homepage, and doing the band workout for 20 minutes, 3 times per week.  My recommendation is to do the band workout 5 times per week, 20 minutes per day.

Steve says, “I’m surprised at how easy it is to be healthy. It’s not like I’m starving myself or killing myself with exercise.  I though it would be much harder than this.”

Congratulations Steve. He is a great role model for his 4 children and the positive comments he gets are a bonus. He also notices he can run up flights of stairs without being tired and winded. Cool!
