Nutrition (in combination with exercise)?
Good guess. Technically, yes. But nutrition alone has more impact on health than exercise. Having said that, we should be doing both for maximum benefit.
I recently saw a segment on Good Morning America featuring a workout tip about morning workouts. Is it beneficial to workout without eating first? You have never mentioned this and I am not sure it is sound advice from a lifestyle change perspective.
Good question Donna. It’s fine to work out without eating first, especially if it’s early in the morning. If you eat a balanced dinner the night before with healthy carbs- fruit, vegetables and whole grains like brown rice or quinoa, then you should have the energy you need.
