3 Steps For Better Health In 2013

Here are 3 steps to take right now to be healthier, until the program begins:

  • Start journaling- To start, everyday, write down what you eat, any exercise, and 5 things you are grateful for.  On the inside cover write your goals, mission, whatever juices you.  Look at it everyday
  • Limit animal (dairy, meat, etc) and grains (gluten- wheat, rye, barley) to once per day or avoid. No processed foods with added sugar, fat and salt.
  • Train 5 times per week for at least 20 minutes. My workout is perfect for this recommendation.
