New Study Proves Shorter Workouts Can Have Greater Benefits

I was speaking at a wellness conference and someone got up and asked, “Can 5 minutes of exercise really be beneficial?”

There’s a new study that shows shorter workouts can have greater benefits. We’ve known this for years.  That’s what my 5 Minutes to Fitness workout is all about.

I recently created a new workout, PK IGNITE, that anyone can do, anywhere, starting with just 5 minutes.  It includes high intensity circuit training.  I had attendees at a GE conference get up to try it, and they loved it! You can see a sample video below.  If you’re an advanced exerciser, jump right in.  If you’re a beginner, start slow and steady with 5 minutes.
