This is what happened to me. I was 65lbs overweight. I started a diet, lost some weight, then stopped. Why? And why does this happen to over 90% of us?For me, it was my beliefs. When I changed my beliefs I lost the weight and kept it off, for 27 years. This could be happening to you too.If you’d like to know how to break the cycle, follow the link. An estimated 160 million Americans are either obese or overweight. Nearly three-quarters of American men and more than 60% of women are obese or overweight. These are also major challenges for America’s children – nearly 30% of boys and girls under age 20 are either obese or overweight, up from 19% in 1980. The average American is eating more whole grains, nuts and poultry – while also consuming fewer added sugars – than 20 years ago. But Americans’ overall diets only have improved marginally, according to a study published Tuesday in the Journal of the American Medical Association

If you’ve tried every diet, read all the books, attended weight loss camps and fat farms, lost and regained weight, only to end up afraid to hope for real solutions, consider the possibility of real, meaningful change combining exercise and supplements such as resurge which really work, read the review of resurge.  This includes all sorts of pills, drugs and natural supplements. These are claimed to help you lose weight, or at least make it easier to lose weight combined with other methods. They tend to work via one or more of these mechanisms:

-Reduce appetite, making you feel more full so that you eat fewer calories
-Reduce absorption of nutrients like fat, making you take in fewer calories
-Increase fat burning, making you burn more calories

Keep in mind that this is only when combined with a healthy weight loss diet. They are ineffective on their own, and hardly a solution to obesity.
