The tracker is essential for your success. For starters it will tell you how many calories you should be, and actually are eating, as well as tracking your workouts and goals. Download it now and:
- Click on the “personal information” tab and fill it out. This will tell you how many calories you burn a day. It’s called your basal metabolic rate (BMR). Then type in how many calories you want to lose per week. I recommend 1 to 2 lbs per week.
- Look at the direction & sample page to fill out the tracker and start recording your meals, calories, workouts and goals.
