I made this breakfast during a recent heat wave. The great part is you can enjoy the outdoors and not turn on the oven.
Grilled breakfast mixed medley- Turkey sausage, potatoes, peppers and onions. (all ingredients are organic)
Ingredients:
- 1 package fresh turkey or chicken sausage
- 3 red potatoes or any you like. (can use sweet potatoes too)
- 1 small onion (can use red onion as well)
- 1 red bell pepper
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Cut all ingredients into small cubes. Toss on baking sheet with olive oil, salt, pepper and place on preheated grill over medium heat. Close lid and cook approximately 10 minutes tossing often. (Tip- If it starts to burn, lower heat and place a second baking sheet upside down under original baking sheet). Serve with scrambled organic eggs. You can also bake this in a 400 oven for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
