- When do we start? The training plan will start on Sunday October 9th. You can start training from wherever you are.
- How do I train? We’ll email you a training plan every week. Whether you’re advanced or this is your first 5K, come join us.
- When is the race? We will race on Sunday November 20th. Place to be determined. You can run this race from wherever you are.

- Why should I do this. You will be in great shape by November 20th. Imagine going into Thanksgiving week at a healthy weight and already exercising. Come join us.

They showed up in Central Park, and around the world, some with a mix of excitement and apprehension, but resolved to do it! We completed our first Fit Friends’ Revolution 5K and it was an incredible morning. Everyone showed up and had a great time supporting each other. For many it was an experience that changed their lives. They overcame their fears and doubts, bound together with like minded people and revolutionized their lives, and their kids lives. That’s why I created the Fit Friends’ Revolution; So we’d have a safe place to get fit the right way with the support of great people. I hope you join us next time.
