I was hanging out with good friends recently and I was asked the questions above, which I get asked everyday. I always ask the most important question- “Do you know your BMR and are you tracking food?” If the answer is no, then you won’t succeed. Read below, Rockefeller would have agreed.
Here’s what I told her she must do:
1. Find your BMR- (My tracker will do that for you) and subtract 500 from it and eat those calories consistently
2. Log you food with my tracker. You must do this because estimating in your head does not work.
3. Be accountable to a coach or mentor.
4. Do your Peter K workout- 20 minutes/day, 5 times per week.
In that order.
John D Rockefeller Sr was the richest man in the world and ammased the largest fortune in history. When he was asked how he did it he said he kept a meticulous ledger. Numbers don’t lie. Be like Rockefeller.
