I met Wynn three years ago and that’s when her vision began. You know I always tell you the most successful people (including my clients) have a powerful, compelling reason of what they want. Wynn had a vision that I would speak to the Atlanta Episcopal Church and yesterday it came true thanks to her perseverance, passion and vision.
Along with my vision of sharing great health secrets with 400+ wonderful people, many joined the Fit Friends’ Revolution to realize their own visions. Donna (pictured above), along with many others are now part of the revolution and we welcome them and the positive energy they bring to the club. We ended by playing a great song and thinking about what we wanted most and today we take one step toward making it happen along with you. Let’s be great together and thank you for being here!

Justin, Kathleen and Ashley did it! They hit all their health goals and the bonus was weight loss. I asked them what helped them the most. They said it was a combination of everything the club taught them and working as a team, but most importantly the Fit Lifestyle Tracker.
They also said these things helped:
Drinking more water
Switching to plain yogurt and adding fruit (less sugar)
Working together to plan meals and workouts
Writing everything down
Being accountable to someone else
Stay tuned for more great updates from the terrific triplets
Since reading this quote about “outlook on life”, I can’t help thinking about it anytime I get discouraged or ready to give up on something. It’s true, our outlook is really what sets the tone for our lives and whether we will succeed or continue to struggle. Why should anyone else like us if we don’t like ourselves?
My goal today- to like myself . Won’t you join me? No, not in liking me. In liking you!
I was driving home the other day and my mind was ricocheting between the emails I have to answer, proposals I had to draw up for new clients, and projects that are due for my new Fit Friends’ Revolution Club. more »
I saw this needlepoint in a store recently and it made me smile. You mean you and I aren’t the only ones that get frustrated, stressed, overwhelmed and sometimes, driven to our knees It makes me feel better to know someone like Abraham Lincoln found life challenging at times while still accomplishing great things. Thanks Abe!
That’s the question I ask myself every time I’m super stressed. ”Does it really matter anyway”, or “Will this matter when I look back at the end of my life. Whether it’s money, mean people, frustration, supposed failure or whatever, what will matter most to me?
Make a list of what you value most and think about it when the ____ hits the fan :-0 Here are some examples we can use:
Have we loved the children in our lives
Did we have fun?
Who’s life have we made better?
What is our legacy?
Did we accomplish the dreams we had as children?
I hope this helps you as much as it does me! I feel better already
