Remember, the word healthy is a relative one. If you do like Chinese food and want a “better” choice then try the moo shoo shrimp. It’s mostly cabbage and vegetables stir fried with shrimp and a little egg. Ask for a very light sauce with less salt and sugar. It still tastes good and is “relatively healthy” compared to fried meat and rice dishes. Oh, yea, ask them to hold the pancakes (they’re like tortilla wraps) they usually come with.
