Tips for a healthy Thanksgiving. Why you don’t have to fear it
Try these tips to enjoy Thanksgiving while staying healthy and not gaining weight. Remember the most important thing, you are in control. If you overeat it’s ok. You will get right back on track. Focus on the people you love, not the food you think you shouldn’t eat. Have fun. You work hard, enjoy the day and reward yourself by looking and feeling good.
