A Fit Friends’s Revolution member recently contacted me saying she was stuck and couldn’t lose any more weight. I recommended she start using the tracker again to track everything she’s eating and then showed her how to access the advanced arm and leg workouts to build more muscle and increase her metabolism. Side note: She was able to do 10 full push-ups with a little encouragement and push. Well done!!
She did everything I recommended and lost an additional 5 lbs in 2 weeks and is at 20lbs of fat lost so far. She has another weight goal and when she continues to do what she’s doing she’ll reach that goal too.
One reason she hit her goal is because she asked for help. That’s why I created the Fit Friends’ Revolution; so we’d have a place to go for strategies that work and the support we all need to be our best. If you’re stuck, ask for help, it’s ok.

“It’s always darkest before the dawn” is what my friend recently reminded me of. Listen to hear why it always gets harder before you make a breakthrough and succeed. Remember, success is supposed to be difficult to attain. Don’t give up just yet.
