One weekend I got my kids crazy about dinner with the magic words, “You guys want Pizza tonight?”. After they calmed down I said guess what, you get to make your own. They just about passed out from the excitement

5 Minutes to Fitness+ Club coming soon!

The pizza I had above IS healthy- (remember, “healthy” is a relative term; healthy compared to what?). Whole wheat crust, fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, light tomato sauce and NO cheese makes it delicious, and yes, healthier.
Comparison
- Regular cheese slice with pepperoni = 300 cals (approx.)
- Regular cheese slice = 250 cals (approx)
- No cheese, veggie slice (above) = 150 cals (approx.)
Additional facts
- Thin crust- subtract 60 cals
- Deep dish- add 120 cals
