<p>Q: what are good foods for munchie foods, I am an awful crunch food seeker&#8230;</p>
<p>A: I love all natural popcorn air popped or popped with oil and sea salt. I also love a low fat, low sugar granola bar like a Kashi or Kind Bar occasionally. Make sure the sugar grams are less than 10 grams per serving. I also like whole wheat pretzels or baked flax seed tortilla chips dipped in salsa or hummus, and of course nuts.</p>
