What does it mean when we choose a healthy meal over a poor one? What can training your body really mean instead of just using exercise to beat yourself up because you overate? Why are you reading this at this particular moment? What benefit could it possibly have on your life? The way we interpret these life experiences, and all others, has a direct effect on the quality of our lives. Seek greater meaning and you shall find it. It’s day 2 of my week of immersion. I wanted to share this concept with you that helped me and many of my clients stop overeating and consistently exercise to look and feel great. We reviewed this concept today in a 12 hour straight session! We didn’t finish until 1am. BTW- I just did a great workout outside by the pool with my bands.
When I was 19 I played college football for Rutgers University. I had a full scholarship meaning the school paid for everything; classes, books, living expenses and food. Coming from a poor family this seemed like a blessing.
