Susan’s Blog: You’ll see her at the 5K this Sunday! She lost 5 pounds this week.

Susan’s Blog: You’ll see her at the 5K this Sunday! She lost 5 pounds this week.

I want to give Susan a compliment but I don’t want it to sound egotistical.  In her blog, she reminds of someone I know, ME. I say that because I went through similar self exploration, trial and error, and ultimately, forward progress. She was almost ready to give up the blog. When you are ready [...]

What fit people do that gets them to their ideal weight & health

How do I begin to tell you about this?  That’s my challenge today. My friend said, ” Start from beginning and see what happens.” OK.

6 or 7 years ago I was frustrated, stuck, depressed. I wanted so much more for me and my young family.  I did what any intelligent person would do, I ordered a set of CD’s from a gimmicky TV infomercial at 3am. more »
