Tom, 40 – Lost 20 pounds

I am 38 year old small business owner with no time or energy to devote to fitness, or so I thought.  Peter’s 5 Minutes to Fitness+ and coaching program showed me how to get incredible results in minutes a day and complete my first triathlon as well as helping me attain success in all aspects of my life, including stress management, and just feeling good about myself. In the process I lost 20 pounds, a weight I have not seen in 20 years and more importantly I gained back my inner athlete, my competitive edge and the desire to live better!
