How many fruits and vegetables should you be eating?
I was asked this by a client recently. She said she read that she has to eat 9 servings of vegatables a day. That’s tough to do. I don’t event get that many servings in a day on most days. What to do?
Try this and you’ll get close:
- eat a fruit and vegetable at every meal
- at dinner and lunch try to have two or types of vegetables
- have a fruit for a snack
