Why You Shouldn’t Wait Till New Year’s to be Healthy

I hear it every year, and this year is no different, “I’ll start exercising and eating health on Jan 1st.”

My response, “NOOOOOOOOO!”  Clear enough?

Waiting is not a good idea because you may be 5-10 pounds heavier.  Start now by doing at least 5 minutes a day of exercise and choosing the most energizing foods including fruit, vegetables, whole grains, and nuts.  C’mon, you can do it and you know you’ll have more energy and look and feel better for the holidays. Give yourself that gift because if you don’t, no one will.
