Recipe- Homemade Edamame Hummus- Maybe the best you’ve tasted!
Creamy, rich, and quite cheesy actually, are the words I use to describe this 5 minute recipe. Literally, it tastes like there’s cheese, but there isn’t. This is hands down, the best hummus I’ve ever had. I knocked it off from Trader Joes, with some help from the internet. Get out your food processor, set aside 5 minutes, and create this healthy, tasty treat! I served it with baked tortilla chips with flax seeds from Garden of Eatin.
Nutrition- Get incredible health benefits from the edamame beans (whole protein source), tahini (sesame seeds have omega 3′s, & fight cancer), heart health from the garlic, and vitamin C from the lemon.

Tahini paste, 1/4 cup, or 4 tbsp
