When I want to feel better, I do this…
Eat Real Food.
When I want to feel better, whether I’m tired, unmotivated or just blah, I look for real food; fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains and grass fed meat and wild fish.
The only place we get energy from is food. The sources above are the best sources of energy. When you’re on the go look for real food in delis, diners, cafe’s, whole food markets and farmer’s markets. If you look, you’ll find.
