Try This Great Outdoor Workout – It’s One Of My Favorites

Ever wake up in a great mood, then something or someone upsets you?  What do you usually do when that happens?  I used to dig into chips & dip, and still do on occasion – no one’s perfect.  But today I did the workout below after getting bombarded by a couple of disappointing emails.

I recommend tackling this workout outdoors, or using a treadmill of elliptical indoors.  If you do Insanity, P90X or Crossfit, you’ll recognize some of the moves.  Beginners start slowly, fitness enthusiasts give it all you got.  Cheers!
